An expert both explains & demonstrates. To achieve this, we combined educational infographics languages with images captured through electron microscopy.
SICPA, a Swiss company established in 1927, global leader in security inks for currencies and sensitive documents. SICPA supplies over 85% of the world's currency inks. The company is also active in the secure traceability market for excise duty products, including alcohol and tobacco stamps, as well as regulated items like halal products.
Their need went beyond creating a new Bankenote Protection Guide. Implementing a new graphic grammar was necessary.
The contrast between the vividness of reality depicted in the microscopic world images & the rationality of the black-and-white lines creates an emotionally and intellectually engaging connection.
